President Armen Sarkissian congratulated Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg on the occasion of the National Day

President of the Republic of Armenia Armen Sarkissian has sent a congratulatory message to Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg on the occasion of the National Day of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
